Other: Please create more shade at Switchyard Park near the playground and splash pad. I was there with a young child and a baby this weekend, and it was impossible to keep the baby in shade while still having a view of the child on the playground or on the splash pad. The grates above the swings do not offer shade, and both shelters were being used by groups/parties. There should be shade structures at the playground and alongside the splash pad. I encountered a number of people with the same complaint.
