Other: Switchyard Park playground, there's a patch of the play surface that's ripped and sinking in. My friend's kid stepped in that spot while running to play and it tripped her. If you are at the large black swings on the south end of the playground, walk north from the right and middle swings, going between the two orange swing structures north of the black swings, and you'll trip over it too.
