An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. Roger Kerr asked for a location in uReport # 188944. It is along the Rail Trail on City owned property. The squatters / homeless are opening burning on City owned property along the Rail Trail north of Gordon Pike, west and south of Terrace Drive.

The homeless camp along the Rail Trail north of Gordon Pike is burning trash on the evening of June 18, 2024, after 10pm. The smell is very strong in the surrounding area. The City needs to put a stop to this activity immediately as it is occurring illegally on City owned property. The city is allowing the homeless to openly burn on City property, which is ridiculous.

June 16, 2024: In the evening the homeless camp on the Rail Trail north of Gordon Pike smelled as if it was burning trash. The smoke was heavy in the area and smelled like burning trash. The City should not be allowing the homeless to openly burn trash on property that is owned by the City along the Rail Trail. This needs to be shut down immediately as it is hazardous to the health of everyone in the are.

on college mall road in front of five gys resturant, when who ever mows there always leaves the grass in the road along college mall road. it clogs up the sewer drains there . it tends to flood the sometimes.

Other: It has come to the attention of the surrounding neighbors that the owner of the property attempted to evict the tenants with no luck. It is past 30 days to when many of us first learned of this. Since the clearing of the camps at Switchyard there is much more activity at this property. There is a person sleeping in their black car in the driveway. There are people on bikes in and out throughout the day and night. There are dogs without leashes. There are people yelling. The Tenants are running a very large and loud generator from 8am-11pm, so they're aware of the rules. This means no power. From what I understand, they also haven't had water in almost a year. Check previous reports to follow up on that. All of this is causing significant distress and potential health hazards to the surrounding residents. This is a nuisance and a safety concern for everyone. These tenants and the state of the building detracts from the character and well-being of the neighborhood, and despite numerous complaints, no change has been made.

the median was over grown,they did mow it, but did not trim or clean up all the heavy grass. its a mess. that used to look very nice there.
