See attached GIS Map. Mr. Davis thinks that the alley beside his residence has moved 5 to 6 feet into his property. Mr. Davis stated that his neighbor put up a fence up to the edge of the alley forcing the alley to bow. Please check and advice Mr. Davis if there is an encroachment problem.

Tree has fallen into the east west alley behind this property.
During the last storm part of a tree on this property fell across the sidewalk and has not been moved. Students are having to walk out in the street to get around it.

2 large panel vans (white and yellow) are parked on street. These are business vehicles. Also 4 more cars in back. Causing dangerous situation. Come in afternoon, cars are gone in morning.
Weeds are growing over street on the South East corner at the intersection of Indiana and 13th.
2202,2222,2345,2369,2450,2903, & 3205 N. Browncliff all have yards with very high bushes that hang out into the street and scratch cars as they drive by.

Bush obstructing large section of sidewalk from 316 to 320 E. 7th Street. HAND inspector feels complaint not valid, however, feels it definitely is valid.
