At the bottom of the hill down to lake griffy theres an area of compacted mud and stones, very dangerous for bike riders. Also, up the hill there are still areas of gravel narrowing the road ... Thanks

There are several severe pot holes that need repair on S. Welmir Dr. off of W 3rd Street. I have contacted the owners of both strip malls and they have repaired their parking lots and said that that is a street and not their property. I own the beauty college our students are tearing their cars up and I feel sorry for them because they can barely afford gas to get to school much less repairs. We sent them to Hoosier Hills to fix. College Mall Road & Eastland Plaza. Citizen states pedestrian can't be seen walking from Plaza across College Mall Road to the Mall. Bushes obstruct view. Also, new sidewalks need to allow cars to drive around the curve not up over it. Pedestrians waiting to cross almost get hit by cars coming up over the curve.
