Two abandoned shopping carts located on the sidewalk running on the south side of Winslow. These are full of belongings and have been here for the past two days, blocking the path.

The road was repaved in front of our house but the new asphalt stopped just before our driveway. This created a pothole / rut on the side of the road where our driveway meets the new asphalt in front of our mailbox. Turning right out of our driveway our back tire hits this rut each time. It is a very busy intersection and we have to get out of our driveway quickly because people are rude. It has to be difficult for the mail truck to pull up to the mail box. We were hoping this area could be filled in like a pothole. I tried to attach a photo but it doesn't seem to actually attach the file. Thanks.
