Contractors came through behind the condos earlier this week to do tree work. They left a pile of wood chips or mulch and a tree limb dangling. I spoke to my property manager and they were not aware of the work and suggested I contact HAND.

I am writing to formally request the installation of a "Deer Crossing" warning sign (or something similar) on North Telluride Street, specifically on the stretch between Arlington Road and Breckenridge Road/Denver. We have observed frequent deer activity and wildlife movement crossing the roadway in this specific area. This creates an immediate safety hazard for both local drivers and the wildlife. Installing a warning sign here would greatly improve driver awareness, encourage safer speeds, and help prevent potential vehicular accidents. I would be happy to send a video that shows an example if that would help. Thank you!

At the intersection of Kinser Pike and SR46. When travelling north on Kinser Pike on the south side of 46 and waiting to turn right (to head east on 46), there is room for a right turn lane, but it is only partially paved and has some major ruts that makes it almost impossible to turn right on red. I'd suggest paving this area and providing a full right turn lane to ease traffic congestion. Thanks

This deer is at the exit of EastBay apartments. It has been here for several days. You almost hit it when you try to pull out onto the bypass.
