Trash: "We are located at the corner of Washington and Kirkwood. We have complained over and over about the trash from the Chinese restaurant behind us. It is an eyesore to our community. Homeless people sleeping in the woods across from the residence townhomes. They're making residents feel unsafe and unable to sit on their porches. They're leaving tremendous amounts of trash and human waste in the entire area. Have contacted police multiple times to report the trespassing.
