Ms. loprez's daughter Lindsey lives at the above address. Ms. Loprez stated that when the daughter moved in there was a large amount of trash (construction debris) in the yard and in the trash cans. Both Ms. Loprez and her daughter have talked to Elkins Rental about having this trash hauled away. They have sent Elkins a certified letter the if the trash is not removed they would have is removed and bill Elkins, however they do not have access to a vehicle to remove the trash
This Washington and Grimes street light that was recently repaired is obscenely bright. The cool LED is a migraine trigger for at least one resident, and the brightness is disruptive to local wildlife. Replace with a warm colored light with minimum required lumens for street safety.

There is a huge pothole on the right side (north side) of the westbound lane of Grimes between Washington and Walnut, to the east of the gas station. It is getting bigger by the day and needs some help before it swallows a cyclist.

The tree on the corner of the street and drive is dying and has been dropping limbs.
