Resident stated crews picked up everyone's recycling but hers and there was no notice left.

Says his bag is over 40 pounds. He says the guy had the slip made out before he even got out of the truck. Shays his bag is NOT over 40#. Also he cleaned up the mess the recycling crew left. Crew has had problems with o.sized bags w/ address week after week. Recycle was not in area on this day.
