We have had multiple incidents on our street due to people driving too fast and visibility issues for drivers coming out of E Allendale Road. A car flipped and landed at the entrance of Barkley Square apartments, a car went off road striking the corner of a carport and edge of a house, a woman was killed after striking a moving vehicle and most recently a young woman struck our walnut tree at the edge of our driveway suffering a concussion and a broken arm. Totaled her car and the other driver’s car was damaged badly but her airbags seemed to have prevented injury. We, as well as our neighbors have had to replace our mailboxes several times. It is a matter of time before someone on the sidewalk is struck and killed. I have not seen police stopping speeders on our street for some time. I believe some type of traffic calming devices would help as no one drives the 30 mph speed limit on this road.

Hello! For accessibility purposes I am requesting a permanent trail marker on the rail trail pictured. It can be challenging for some individuals to navigate to the entrance and exit of the rail trail pictured. This entrance is behind 433 w somersbe, however I am requesting a marker on the public trail to denote what portion this is on the trail. It would be greatly appreciated if this marker included large characters for the visually impaired. I appreciate your review of this request and consideration. Thank you.

There are homeless people living in sheds behind this house. They have numerous dogs and one of them attacked a man in the backyard a couple of days ago. These dogs are always off-leash and also come into other neighbors' yards agressively. We need the city to deal with this situation

Will you *please* re-enable the map feature on uReports? See case# #206286. It is understandable that it needs to be upgraded/"rewritten" - it has been a bit persnickety lately - but why not keep the one that's been used for a long time by a lot of people until you have a new one to replace it, rather than just disabling it while you figure out how to improve it? It makes *zero* sense to turn off a functional and useful feature that needs some updating while it still works fine, and not explain fully why that was done.

Earlier this month I witnessed a driver continue straight east on Atwater thru the intersection with Mitchell- straight into the opposing lane. This was at night and they made it several blocks before seeing oncoming traffic and moving over. I was there in the daylight today 10/22 and the exact same thing happened and they drove the wrong way from Mitchell to Arbutus. For the left turn lane from E Atwater going north onto Mitchell, could we please add a curb/ reflective bollards or a similar quick build solution here to prevent confusion? Rogers Remodeling has been playing music loud enough for me to hear in my house with the windows shut since May 2025 when they began construction on my neighbor, Alex Cartwright's house. I have asked the workers and Mr. Cartwright to respect the Bloomington Noise Ordinance. I have read the ordinance and would like further information about what else can be done. For example, could they be asked to wear headphones? Could the music be played inside instead of outside? Could they turn off the music when they go to lunch? Could they move the boom box away from my window? Often the music starts as early as 6:45 am when the worker arrive in their trucks in the morning.

The "Stone Mansion" on Washington has damage to the stone wall. It's a historic structure, so I hope it is fixed with regards to that and not a cheap fix.

Lawn hasn't been mowed since sometime last year. In the back there's even a fallen tree that was never cleaned up. No leaf cleanup has been done for well over a year, so leaves blow onto other neighbors' lawns. A brush pile in the front by oak tree obstructs view from driveways. Poison ivy in multiple spots, which now appears in neighbors' yards. Also, have seen snakes and they also appear in neighbors' yards. Additionally, more ticks seem to be around than in years past. Many of us in the neighborhood have children and grandchildren, so this is disturbing, as well as being an eyesore and potentially negatively impacting home sale prices. Thank you.

A collection of junk has been visible from the street (the E Second part of the property) for a very long time now. Maybe the owner can be asked to clean up the items in front of the garage doors.
