phoned in stating we missed trash. snedegar construction had cul-de-sac blocked off doing excavating work; unable to get through to pick up. resident phoned p.w.d, mayor, my office to complain. got trash on 10/1. resident was only one on cul-de-sac who had anything setting out to be picked up; had stated we missed whole block.

is a handicapped stop. has replaced her cans with oversized cans; 45 gal. have done courtesy dumps due to her being a handicapped stop; have left notices. will not comply and keeps leaving notices asking us to empty them anyway. sets on/by front porch. thanks.
