complaint from neighbor at 311 E. 1st St that apartment complex has trash strewn around area and around dumpster. South corner of the property has a railroad single and there is a big thicket of bushes at that single that obsecures it. Needs to be cut back or down. Right now you can partially see because there are no leaves, but it will be problematic in the spring.
