Pothole at the entrance of lot at Walnut and Wash-world Carwash
Pothole at the entrance of lot at Walnut and Wash-world Carwash
For approximately three weeks, the tenant in Unit 6 (Jessiah) has repeatedly allowed his dog to defecate in the shared common area directly outside my unit without removing the waste. I have documented this behavior weekly and provided photos to the property manager. The issue has not been resolved. There are currently approximately 15–20 instances of dog waste in the common area. The accumulation is creating odor issues and interfering with normal use of the space. I have video documentation showing the dog defecating and the owner leaving without removal. I have spoken with the tenant previously about his dog and can confirm it belongs to him. I have also overheard him state that he does not pick up his dog’s waste. I am requesting enforcement of the city ordinance requiring pet owners to remove animal waste.
This property keeps horses. A foal was stillborn on Wed 2/18. The property owner was notified and came to check on the mare, but did not remove the foal carcass. It was covered with an overturned green plastic feed trough but has remained in the pasture since last week.
Deep one here
This is not a blocked (by car) alley, per se. This alley is not accessed by car, but it is unclear if this alley has ever been vacated by the city. I would like to know if overgrowth and trees within the alley running north/south from W Ralston Dr to W Country Club Dr, within the block bordered by S Milton St and S Rogers St, is the city's responsibility. According to the plat map of Broadview, the alley is 12 ft wide. Thank you.
Corner E Second Street. Is this a junk yard or a car repair shop?
White sedan has not been moved for more than 72 hours, is on public property plus has an expired license plate (11-7-2025). Should be considered an abandoned vehicle per Code of Ordinances Title 15.04.020 (2).
Both the Northern and Southern parts of Brig's Bend have multiple potholes and the Northern leg of our oxbow street has 3 really deep ones. With cars parked on the both sides of the road they are hard to avoid or see (especially at night) and are in the middle of the road.
This alleyway is consistently being used to pile up trash. Boards with nails and jagged chunks of concrete left in alley often. I've requested these items be removed as neighbors use this alley, but renters are consistently trashing it. I pick up litter weekly, but wish they could be held accountable as this alley needs to be better maintained. Trash is dumped there, and indo my best to place it in the dumpster, but it continues to happen. This alley has been ignored for decades, and I wonder why it's not maintained by the city like the rest of the neighborhood alleys.
Human waste piling up. Lots of trash left for months. Behind the building is a mess from roofers including nails. Ally way retaining wall by 2nd street is falling into the ally.
