Our store at 512 S College Mall Road is being flooded out by water runoff that comes over the retaining wall behind the store. The water is runoff from our neighbors parking lot...a housing division.
Called to report that construction started 6-8 weeks ago near the private park at the SW corner of Dunn and Wilson. Mr. Lennon said that workers left a very large hole in the corner of the park, a big bin was left behind in the hole, and work signs are also lying in the park. As well, the workers dug up strips of grass and gravel in his yard. He'd appreciate a call back. Thank you!
the large round stones in the round-about circle have spilled over the curb onto the south side the street. these stones are dangerous to bikes negotiating the circle.
We are experiencing a major storm water runoff problem on our property. It has become so bad that our driveway collapsed. We have also lost some trees and fear losing additional trees. In addition, a lot of trash is accompanies that large volume of water and settles on our property in what is now a muddy swamp. I think we need to work with the churches to the east of us who have huge parking lots to address the water runoff problem that is becoming worse all the time. A couple weeks ago cbu dug a hole at 11th&college and abandoned a sign in the bike lane on the south side of 11th just west of college. It moved to the sidewalk, and i reported it as blocking the sidewalk on april 5. Now it has disintegrated and moved back to the bike lane. Its black base is almost invisible at night and poses a mortal danger to cyclists. You wont like where i put it if you dont take care of ot within 24 hours.

Tree growing into gas line area. Not a problem now, but eventually that tree could be good fire wood when it decides to take on the gas line in the future. Also your building has a broken window near side door.
