Bloomington Transit has asked for painted yellow curbs or a new "no Parking" sign to be placed on College Ave just North of 11th St. They are having problems with cars parking too close to the new bus shelter. for question, please contact Roy in Engineering.
Station 11 apartments have temp rental sign up without a permit. (there are more than 15 units)
The pedestrian crossing sign on the west side of College Ave north of the intersection facing east has a non-functioning “tens” digit.
On W 11th St, the sidewalk is not accessible across the alley between The Park on Morton and Station 11.

Perpetual, seemingly continuing health problems - including gas leaks, lack of hot water on occasion, and some structural concerns. The sewage system is also extremely suspect. Repeatedly, (at least two times) raw human sewage has leaked in large quantities into basement. Fortune Properties took over a week to repair, and even then, more work was needed that was done.
