Snow mounded on top of sidewalk on the bridge over the train tracks at about 800 N Rogers. It's where Rogers St becomes Madison St. Our bridges are a key part of our transportation network and need to be maintained even though there is no adjacent property owner!!! The sidewalk is blocked on both sides of the bridge.

The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. There is trash being dumped behind the High Point Commercial Building at 702 North Walnut. There is no longer a dumpster back there, so the trash is just piling up in the parking lot. This is practically in my back yard, and I would prefer not to live next to open air dump. Can HAND please get the property owner to clean this up, and keep it clean?
