Signing in leads to a 'runtime error' announcement page. -- I regularly pay my bill online but was happy that a very nice lady at the UtlisDept took my payment over the phone. According to municipal code 15.04.020, part 6 I believe that the red vehicle located in the driveway of the property qualifies as an abandoned vehicle. It has been there since February 12, after officers chased the driver into the driveway (see picture). It was partially dismantled soon after and has remained in inoperable condition since that time. As I have witnessed multiple officers approach the house since the time that the car was abandonded, I am not going to approach the house to ask them to remove it. I request that the vehicle be towed. Thanks.

Intersection of s Piazza drive and e Cathcart street has several open drains/pipes in the road, some with sharp broken metal protruding up. They could cause damage to cars or serious injury to pedestrians crossing the road

My vehicle was damaged by a water main burst around 2 am this morning and I'm not sure who i need to make a damage claim to. My windshield was broken as well as multiple scratches to the paint. I do have video of the water main spraying my vehicle and photos of the damage made from it. I thank you for your time and appreciate your feedback
