Dilapidated wooden fence in backyard with nails and boards sticking out. Fence is rotted, missing many boards, and about to fall over. Dangerous and major eye sore.

At 817 W 17th St. is a small, but VERY DEEP, pot hole at the crest of a slight hill that needs fixed ASAP! I hit it at normal speed and it blew out my tire, which had only 50% wear to it, but had to be replaced due to the severe tire-wall damage (at a cost of around $225). Please fix this ASAP so others don't have to go through what I did. Note that I located a traffic cone nearby, and repurposed it to this pot hole to warn others of the hazard.
