The tenants at this property regularly block the alley on the west side of the garage. They park three vehicles where there are only two spots. The third vehicle blocks the alley.

There are two parking spots there, but they are parking three cars in the location and that prevents access to and egress from the alley. The tenants might not realize that it is an alley and needs to be kept open.
