I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space. Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404. We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease. We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move? No response has been provided to date. This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers. We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control. Warrant needs an answer to the following questions; • Will we be required to move out? • If yes, when will we be required to move? • If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years? Other

Sudbury Dr, Bloomington, IN 47403, USA

Case Date:
9/11/2023

The trees along Sudbury drive need to be trimmed. The branches hang down so low, you have to drive your car down the middle of the street to keep from having the limbs scrape your car. The north side of the street is especially bad. Also, no one takes care of the grass on either side of Sudbury beyond the Millenium apartments and the office park.

Animal Control & Neglected Pets

Case Date:
8/19/2023

On August 18th at around 8:15pm, two female puppies at Rev Earnest D. Butler Park were roaming free without a collar. The two dogs then followed my dog and I back to my home. I then loaded the dogs in my car and drove back to the park area and surrounding streets in hopes of finding someone looking for two lost dogs, but I found no one. I then went to the Bloomington " Animal lost and found" Facebook page and discovered that these dogs were found loose on August 1st, 2023, and returned to the owner (no name provided on the post). I then posted about the found dogs on the facebook page last night, to which the alleged owner, Nicole Lynn Davis, replied the following day around 11am and requested I call her immediately so that she can retrieve them. I have contacted the owner, but she has yet to reply. The phone number she provided is 812-509-4809. Assuming the owner respondes, I am concerned that I will be returning these dogs back into the hands of neglectful and irresponsible owners. These dogs are afraid to leave my side and seemed very relieved upon allowing them into my home.

major pothole that is a hazard for drivers, especially motorcycles. A man called Mayor's office saying it needs to be fixed today or at least signage warning people of the hole. Says that he will hold us liable if someone gets hurt now that we have been informed.

City Performance

Just a few things that the city seems to be ignoring: why is there still a sign at Building Trades Park pointing to the now non-existent emergency department on Second Street? Why do Transit buses still post notices in August informing passengers that Sunday rides will be free in the spring of 2023? Why does transit have a display case downtown with the heading “Memories” that contains not traditional memories but legal notices? And why does the mayor still include a link for donations to his mayoral campaign in his monthly Let’s Keep in Touch emails?

Parks & Playgrounds

1000 S Henderson ST

Case Date:

While visiting Bryan Park on 8/9, I observed mowing with a gas engine lawn mower of grass already at a very low height. Greenhouse gas emissions are a concern from unnecessary mowing, and the area being mowed was very large. For a city with a sustainability office, one would expect either the use of electric lawn equipment and/or mowing only when necessary. Please consider training staff to mow using environmentally friendly practices.

Trash

Case Date:
8/9/2023

I live at 3500 E Morningside Drive in Bloomington, Indiana. (There are two homes that appear to be at this address. Ours is the light green ranch house with a dark green metal roof.) We have a dark green plastic mailbox by the street. Our mailbox was damaged this morning, 8/9/23, sometime after 6:30am. Our neighbor noticed the damage and notified us this morning at 11:04am. Since today, 8/9/23, is Wednesday, the day that trash and recycling are collected in the Park Ridge neighborhood, we are guessing that the damage was caused accidently by the robotic arm of the sanitation vechicle. We didn't have bins out this morning to empty, but other neighbors did. Here is a link to photos that show the damage that was done to our mailbox: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/19_rM2q5K7visO0LR5-6t8QG-fYq8OQia?usp=drive_link . It was scraped on the top, pushed back and to the side, the plastic on the back was broken, etc. We had a box for the Herald-Times newspaper next to the mailbox which was knocked over during this incident, so my husband removed the post from the ground. Unfortunately I don't have a photo of that. I'm hoping someone would be willing to meet with us to see the damage. If after seeing the damage, they agree this could have been done accidently by the robotic arm of the sanitation vehicle, I'm hoping we could be reimbursed for the damage. Thank you for your time and attention to this concern. Please know that we greatly appreciate the weekly sanitation and recycling services provided by the city staff.
