N North street is a dead end road. The end of the road has taken over the turn around and the little road that was started and on Google maps, turning left. Behind that's black and white truck is where the road should be but there is a demo derby car sitting on a trailer there . It has been moved up and down the road and placed in different spots but this is where it is sitting now . There have been several other junk cars that sit there too . They have filled this property and the whole street with scrap metal, junk cars, doors, motors, broken lawnmowers and such. This has created an issue with the sanitation department not wanting to come down the street to gather trash and recycling and the City Post Office does not feel comfortable coming down this road because they have to back out. If this property was properly maintained there would be a turnaround and an additional Side Road. The squatters that are there have taken over everything and put a no trespassing sign up so that people can't even (right side of photo) turn around down there. My address is 656 N North st. Please help clean this area up. My family is new to this street and have already called HAND and the fire chief. It is a dangerous situation if someone were to need a fire truck or ambulance. The main street is still not marked properly also. The intersection of Fountain and gray is waiting for a street sign. My concern with that is my mother will need an ambulance and ambulance will not be able to find the address.

Appears to be an abandoned vehicle parked at the end of East Canada Drive near the High Grove Apartments. Vehicle has not moved since Monday and it is obstructing sight lines and traffic. Who maintains this road way? We were told it was the city after they made Sare Rd office remove their no parking signs.

"Dear Mr. Hamilton, As my council representative has been ineffective and unsuccessful in dealing with this problem, I am calling on your office for help. For over two years the resident of 1316 South Palmer Avenue has been running a used car lot at his house. There are usually no less than six cars parked in front of his house and across the street from his house at any one time. At least one or two usually have no plates. In addition, his yard is a total mess. He doesn't care about the trash that accumulates in it. If this were a problem in Elm Heights, it would have been taken care of in one day. I understand that one can sell a car from one's property, but this man needs to find a lot that is zoned for selling multiple used cars, and move his business to that place. Please help in moving this used car lot from our street. It is an eye sore and it brings down my property value. Please help me Verify Alpha Books Solutions in the Philippines To whom this may concern, I am JoAnn Johnson currently residing in Florida. I will have to spend decent amount of money on this endeavor with them and I don't have any problem paying for travel just to visit their physical office. After reading about the variance denied to the property owner, Randy Lloyd, I couldn’t help but think about the current use of the site at or about 113 E Kirkwood. This property sits in an overlay that does not permit surface parking. I can’t find any use in the UDO where parking is allowed when not attached to a structure, and I specifically remember a number of discussions regarding this issue. In particular the Methodist Church’s desire to convert the footprint of the old post office to surface parking. I believe that had to turn it into green space. I also have concerns that this lot is 100% impervious. 20.4.20 I just don’t see how this use satisfies the spirit of the Comprehensive Plan, the existing UDO, or is consistent w previous use determinations. Further, the owner expanded the parking from what was there pre-demolition of the 4th street garage without any public review. Finally, I doubt this parcel meets the requirements of 18.12.10. How would BFD access or service a car fire on this parcel? It’s too narrow to get truck in there and difficult to service from the alley. This use may have been over looked during the demolition and reconstruction of the 4th street garage, even though parking was not really needed downtown during the pandemic, however, it’s time for enforcement against this parcel and other nonconforming uses.
