I found this company online and was looking into their products. I found their official Reddit page, and it seems as if they discharge firearms into an empty barrel inside of their shop. Is this safe? Is this even legal? Can just anyone do this? Can my neighbors be doing this? I have included a link to this post, where there is video of someone discharging the firearms and comments about this practice from some one claiming to be running the shop. https://www.reddit.com/r/czscorpion/comments/yki7o5/sneak_peek_of_the_first_development_testing_on/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space. Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404. We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease. We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move? No response has been provided to date. This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers. We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control. Warrant needs an answer to the following questions; • Will we be required to move out? • If yes, when will we be required to move? • If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years? Mayo has installed a new post ( pole ) on my property at the corner of Brownridge and Fieldcrest in Hoosier acres. They did extensive digging around the area and were supposed to reseed, since I had my lawn completely reseeded this last fall. This has not been done and there is a muddy mess at the corner. Moreover holes were made at various places on the lawn and these were never filled in. This is a hazard in mowing or just walking on the lawn. If someone catches there foot in the hole it could result in a broken leg or twisted ankle. Mayo or the city would then be responsible. There are little flags all over the lawn, which needs to be mowed. Should I just remove these ?. Is the work completed ? On the pole there is a street lamp to replace the one currently at the corner, but neither is working, which is another hazard. The ditch in the area has also collapsed. I believe it is Zayos obligation to fix this, or someone ( the city of Bloomington ) should. Milton Taylor 3712 Brownridge Rd. 812-336-2095

Mrs. Schlegel called to express concern over the scheduling of the BT Access. She apparently has had repeated problems with the BT Access coming late, and says that when she called into the office, the personnel in the office were rude to her by telling her she should call a taxi if she wanted to be picked up faster. Also, she apparently got the idea the staff in the office were telling her that using her disabilities do not warrant riding the BT Access. She commended the drivers however.

Mr. Michael called several times this morning and, at times, was angry and belligerent. He said he is being "discriminated against" because the prosecutor's office will not give him another extention on a speeding ticket. Diane suggested he talk to Barbara McKinney.

Called OOTM after speaking to Public Works. Had a number of complaints about the city phone system, the county phone system and the post office. Continued to ask questions but was not satisfied with any of the information I gave her. Finally hung up on me.

Dear Mayor Hamilton and the city of Bloomington, I am contacting you and your office regarding the problem with the deer in our neighborhood. Once again, the deer are a problem for us and they are outright dangerous. I am not sure what the city is planning on doing with the problem, but I almost feel like I want to hire a sniper (and I am an animal lover) to get them off of our property or now purchase a BB gun. I am not a violent person, but I am at my wits end regarding this issue. Will the city only do something once a deer kills a child? I have heard of stories of dogs being killed by deer as well as homes being trashed by deer who have somehow gotten into somebody's home. The latest is that my wife got a broken ankle because of a deer and it required a trip to the ER at Bloomington hospital along with missed work for both of us. Luckily we have health insurance, but for those who don't...it is a very expensive endeavor that could have been avoided if the city would do something to cull these animals. Lately we have seen a herd of 8 deer roaming around Somax. I would like your opinion on how you plan to fix this problem because I do see this as a problem in our city and especially our neighborhood. Also, I heard that the city has a 2 million dollar surplus this year and wondered if that meant we would finally get the sidewalk and repair of the dangerous culvert that has been promised to the former owners of our house as well as to us. Our taxes go up every year (Judy Sharp just assessed another increas of $50,000 to our home value which raised our taxes again quite drastically). We can't seem to ever get a break from her with her assessments every year and it is quite frustrating. Every year we pay more and more taxes and get absolutely nothing for it. Again, I would appreciate your thoughts on this matter. Thanks. Best, Ingrid Faber 1104 S. Covenanter Drive Bloomington, IN 47401
