I turned on the tap water in my kitchen Sunday 7/6/25 and the water that came out was brown-the color of iced tea. I dumped the glass and refilled. The water then appeared clear and I haven’t noticed other problems but reporting so you have a record.

Tap water is consistently turning a yellow/green color after adding chlorine or bleach to it. It turns opaque and cloudy. This has never happened before. I've been calling the utilities line daily and they keep insisting the water chemistry has not changed, despite getting multiple reports of this occurring across the city.

We have a whole home canister filter that attaches to the city water supply as it enters our home. We changed this filter 25 May 2025. Today, we noticed the filter is absolutely black. We have previously gone 3+ months with only the slightest discoloration and minor particulate matter. What happened? Why were residents not better notified? Was this a known issue?

I had a concrete company come out to level a large dip/crack in my driveway. They said they couldn't do it because there was a water leak at the front, before it hits my meter, which has to be repaired before they can fix the concrete. Can you please send someone to confirm?
