Complainant has visible black mold on flooring under the sink. Reported the issue over a week ago to Property Mgmnt. Maintenance said they would not replace because it is a newer board. The adjacent board had a hole in it from a water leak and was replaced. Also has concern about bathroom sink repair.

Please conduct an animal (dogs) wellness check - dogs are whining in garage, and I'm not sure anyone occupies this home. These animals may not have food or water. I believe there are possibly 2 pit bulls so use caution.

Mike Arnold --
An update from a coupe weeks past on this address, I have been been busy or else would have sent a message sooner.
2/10/18: I reported to Bloomington Police the north, back of house, doors open. Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked.
I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention.
Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention.
If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues.
If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. By the way - the house has not been occupied since December 2016.

A report from a neighbor identifying a storm culvert issue: a bicycle is in the ditch and about to enter the storm drain area that runs under the N. Glenwood West street. Need COB staff to pull the object out of the storm culvert and dispose of it. Thanks -
Neighbor report to me:
In addition to leaves clogging pipes on Morningside that have sent water and leaves into the street, Matt has a red bicycle stuck in the concrete chute emptying water from his front yard into the ditch and the exit under the street. It needs to be dragged out of there before it goes into the culvert under Glenwood West.

Multiple problems with the unit. Mold growth, the ceilings leak when it rains. No kickboard underneath one of my kitchen cabinets. No screens in windows. Rats. Upstairs bathroom, knob to turn off and on water sticks out like a mile long. Baseboard of wall upstairs coming off. Light switch in my boys room installed upsidedown. My boys window frame is installed completely wrong. You would just have to see it to understand. Floor is peeling up, that connects my living floor to my kitchen. Which mind you, I try and hide and cover, because they never installed a tack strip. Back door, at the bottom, is depleting. Like it looks like it's eating away at the bottom. I almost can't even put all in this complaint, that is wrong with unit. I would like to have a mold detector done on this unit, to prove that it's probably outrageous. My furnace in the closet was pretty much hand made, with a huge hole in the wall.

My next door neighbor has set up a unhoused encampment next door. They have unleashed dogs we can climb under the fence and there is no access to water, trash disposal, or bathroom facilities. No discussion was had with me prior to the encampment moving in and it is preventing me or my dog being able to use our backyard.

Bids for Griffy Water Treatment Plant Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials (RACM) Abatement & Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Impacted Soil Removal
On March 16, we purchased the digital sets for both of the above referenced bids from the Repro Graphix ePlanroom. We are missing several documents like the Asbestos Assessments performed at the Site by Ogle and Associates, LLC in April 2017 and the Transformer Removal performed at the site by Fields Environmental, Inc. in April 2017. Please email these reports to me or provide a link directly to them.

To whom it may concern:
My name is Lauren Goldman, and I am the treasurer of the IU Waterski and Wakeboard Team. Our club team was founded over 40 years ago, and is comprised of a group of enthusiastic undergraduate students competing in collegiate water ski and wakeboard tournaments. From rookies to national title holders, our members are all highly passionate and motivated individuals that live for practice on Lake Lemon. When our members are not in class or on the lake, they are serving the Bloomington area through volunteering and alumni events on and off campus.
Our team is a growing presence on Indiana University’s campus, on Lake Lemon, and across the city of Bloomington. We have many aspirations for our upcoming school year, including expanding our membership, doing more for our community, and competing as a team in national tournaments.
In order to reach our goals, we need more opportunities to fundraise money in the Bloomington area. A few of our ideas were to set up a grilled cheese stand on a weekend night at a busy street corner, host a car wash in downtown Bloomington, sell our personalized merchandise, and more. On behalf of the club, I wanted to request information regarding how we could turn these aspirations into a reality. I wanted to ask what Bloomington businesses or locations would grant us permission to host a car wash, or do we need to follow a process of steps to be able to vendor on a street corner?
Our goal is to have a positive, lasting impact on our community while also reaching our own individual potentials. I hope to get in contact with someone willing to assist our team coming this fall. Any insight, information, or advice would be highly appreciated. My phone number is (260) 267-3526 and I am always available to be reached about any questions or concerns.
Thank you in advance for your time.
