Our whole house seems to have suddenly lost water pressure, almost completely.
my address 515 1/2 W Howe st. Bloomington 47403. I have recently noticed decreased water pressure at least half or more at all hours of the day. I have no leaks in my home and am unsure which meter is mine but it does not appear to be spinning. I am unsure of who to contact the city or my landlord. Citizen (Mark Land) apparently contacted Utilities before but was not satisfied with the response-- he missed a water payment because he was on vacation and is upset that the situation cannot immediately be fixed. He already paid the past due balance, but water was shut off. He was told it could be turned back on by 6 or by tomorrow, and he just wants it on sooner rather than later. Call (812) 272-1500. Significant water leakage from the water meter behind 108 N Union St. Water running down the driveway between 106 and 108. Please investigate urgently to insure that we aren't getting charged excessively for water usage.
