Our sub division Northwood Estates has been having a lot of trouble with drainage. It seems that the easements have overgrown scab trees & brush that may be blocking some water but it also seems as thoug your drainage system that takes the water to a creek needs to be cleaned out. We back up to the golf course & have trouble getting the golf course staff to maintain our side of the course, ie mowing, weeds, dead trees along the road,etc. We seem to be a bit neglected when it comes to these problems. The Water hydrant at 7th and Spring Street has been neglected for years. I asked the Utilities Department to fix it last year, but nothing has been done about it. Can you get it painted before the election?

I want to let management know what a great employee Debbie Miller is. We recently had our well water tested at the Dillman Lab and she assisted us with the process. She was so helpful and friendly, a great person to be representing Bloomington!

Under the underpass is a drainpipe that has ice built up around it. When it rains water gushes out of it . It's right over the exit from 37 northbound to 46 eastbound.
