yes I received a note on my door that I had used 25,000 gallons of water and I need to contact the utilities and so I did and they said the meter showed that and I should contact a plumber so I did paid a plumber to come out and he spent four hours at my house and he found no leaks but to be safe he put new flaps and supplies in out toilets and now not only am I out the money for a plumber but also they want me to pay these high water bills I am on a fixed income and there is no way I can do this so what can we do about this
We received an extremely high water bill this past month. I was on the phone with someone from the Utilities department and they explained to me that out meter was running high from 2/1 and then by 2/18 it was back to normal. During that time we received no notification that we had our water was running high and we even had a plumber come out but it was a day after our meter went back down. I want to know if our meter can be re-read to make sure it is running accurately and to get our bill readjusted because I will not pay a $800 water bill.
There is ABSOLUTELY no way we used this much water in a month. This is a 1100% increase month-to-month in our bill from January to February. Our meter has to be reading wrong!

I was charged $525.70 for the month of February for my water bill which is basically impossible to do and especially with little to no change in our water usage from month-to-month. Hello, last month I received a water bill of incredible cost due to my apartment having a major leak in one of its toilets we were unaware of until the bill had arrived. Our property manager and his maintanence team was able to resolve the problem and the proof that is in the attached image. I am wondering if there is any possible way to have a reduction in its cost! Hello. My name is Seung Jae, Lee and my accout number is 49236-012. I left US on May 11th and I submitted terminating my water service as well. I have a question that I paid rest of my payment when I left my renting house(address : 2789 E.Bressingham Way, Bloomington, IN, 47401) but I found out that there is about $73 in my account. So is this amount of money belongs to me or next person who rent the house that I lived? If you let me know how I can solve this problem, it would be great. Thanks.
