I received a water bill with 19000 gallons of use and wastewater. That seems very high. I'm hoping the utility can let me know if there is an issue going on with my water meter.
House has been vacant and for sale since first of August, We have been getting billed for far more water than we used when we lived there, even when we watered outside... No running toilets, leaks, etc. Please advise .... Thanks ....
I did not get any notice whatsoever about high water usage despite the fact that a water employee evide to my property property. I am asking for a reduction in the charges. It was an internal toilet which hasbeen fixed. Please help.

My water utility bill seems to have an extreme issue and this is quite urgent. I was charged $525.70 for the month of February for my water bill which is basically impossible to do and especially with little to no change in our water usage from month-to-month.
