My water meter is not on my property. It is located in the same hole as my neighbors who live at 2526 S Rogers. When the houses were constructed, the water meter was in their backyard. They remodeled adding a building and turning their yard into a driveway for the many vehicles they own. Their two Food Trucks, parked cars, food truck supplies and other items are in the location of the water meters. I have no access to their property. I have always wondered if my water read was correct. I live in a 900 sq ft home and am the only one living here. They have many many residents of their home, at least 6 or 7. At least7 or 8 vehicles use their driveway and park in the little yard they have left. I'm worried that where the meter is located may be making my meter read high. I would appreciate your investigation and a call with the results. I can't include a phoy As the meter is in their driveway.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. two properties above us the road all the water on the road goes into the yard comes down toward are house crossing on road since it is all down hill into the neighbors beside us into my yard. it drains.in front of my garage and runs on my . about 3 to 4 inches of water on my side walk .side walk. also the road south of us also runs in neighbor east of my house also runs runs to my house. South of me there is a a large building about 40 feet long that doesn't have gutters it runs down across the road on neighbors which in turn runs toward my house. II have pictures to send in the mail which I wi8ll need to send you because I don't know how to send them in the mail. I have spent 400.00 to put a ridge to keep from running in my yard. I also had a drain dug in my drive about 4 feet from the fence running about 2 foot deep running toward the drain in the back of my house that cost me 650.00. I will write on the back of the picture that will explain what they are for when I send them thank you and I will write on the back . Also in front of garage my small car is on ramps so the water will not get my brake shoes wet and i have to not park my other car about7 feet from the garage so i can;t park a car behind my car. Our water is discolored / rusty. This is coming from the cold water taps and isn't due to a rusty water heater. (Our water heater was replaced just a few months ago.)

three dogs are left in the front yard tied up to a fence and tree for extended periods of time. You can see the brown dirt they run back and forth in all day. I'm not sure why they neglect their pets. I am also not sure why they need to tie their pets in the front yard 5 feet from the street. The dogs do not have access to shelter, water, or food. They bark at every passing person walking by.

the road wrapping around my house (when bryan street meets Watson) is so worn down that when it rains, the water doesn't run off to the two sewer holes across the road, but directly back into my yard. It's been eating away at my yard. Also cars have now assumed the road is wider and cutting harder, also making my yard smaller. A neighbor said this is the place to request maybe a curb and the road repaved so water flows where it's supposed to. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

I think the water main in front of 2700 S Banta is ruptured - there is water coming out of the cracks in the street and its not snow melt/runoff. A section of the main was replaced a few weeks ago about 50ft south of where this new leak is.

There are no sewer drains for rain water. It all pools around my yard every time it rains. The road is worn down from trucks so the water just stays there for days eating away at my yard. I even see there's a line item on my water bill where I pay for run off water...why am I paying for it to just flood my yard? I've written about this once before because I also think a curb around my property would also help the problem.
