The retention pond beside our house is not draining very well. In the past 10 years soil has collected and changed the grade of the land. The culverts that pipe water in are 90% blocked.

Sorry if this is duplicate submission. Not sure last one went through. I have gulley in front of my house that is blocked by growth coming up between sparse rip rap. Water is eroding the gulley by finding path around foliage and leaves carried from upstream. Went out today after rain and water in not draining well at all. The storm drain at S Olive and E Hillside should be remedied. It is located at the bottom of a hill and gravel driveways uphill have gravel running down the street in heavy rains. There is so much gravel built up that weeds are growing around the stop sign and around the drain. Now, during a heavy rain, water cannot get to the drain and backs up into our driveway and gets close to the garage. This has consistently been an issue for years. Please remove the gravel and help us with a solution to keep this area clean.

He is making improvements to the property for the property manager (Linda Quillan at Action Property Management) and says we need to do something about the water that comes in the back yard and floods the basement.
