The Pipsqueary, Bloomington location 500+ animals in the home: Chickens, roosters, ducks, Patagonian cavies, goats, groundhogs, rats, mice, chinchillas, guinea pigs, chipmunks, domestic rabbits, hamsters, peacocks, quail, prairie dogs, capybaras, gerbils, degus, flying squirrel, beaver, and more. Inadequate housing. Vidoes of patagonian cavies with stacked cages in the background without appropriate food/water. More than normal amounts of animals dying, seizing, and kidney problems seen on their organization Facebook page and personal experience/knowledge in private communications. Animals going in and out by the hundreds and many going out in terrible conditions and sick/contagious and transporting with animals dangerous to be near for each other's health. During the rain event on Wednesday evening (Jan 18), I notice significant water standing at the NE corner of 3rd and College. Several cars, including mine, moved into the center lane (west bound) on 3rd, to ensure that the rising water would not come into contact with the car. Can the drain at that NE corner/intersection be checked/cleared? This is the second time I have experienced this at that intersection, this year.

4210 E. Hector Dr. Bloomington, IN 47408 We are having a lot of water issues. In the front driveway, they repaired the water mains in our neighborhood a couple years ago, and when they repaired the road, a ton of water goes from the road , straight down our driveway to the front of our house. It has caused water coming into the basement. And we had to install a drain in our driveway, and it still can't keep up. In our back yard, there is a channel of water (not sure what it's called) by the apartments that causes our back yard to flood. We have a tiny river, but it cannot handle the water that is directed to come right at our back yard. I would like to have an engineer come out and look at the issues and so we can have a conversation about possible solutions. Thanks.

Despite never receiving any specific notice about the termination of the aqua pay system for my utility account, I was removed from the aqua pay program and thus 2 subsequent bills went unpaid, and our water was shut off for delinquency. I then had to pay $45 each for a water shutoff and turn on fee. I do not believe that it is my responsibility to foot this fee when I was under the impression that my autopay would be the method with which my bill would be paid off. In addition, the water was shut off at my house after 4:15 PM, meaning there was no way for me to contact the utilities office and request my water to be turned back on same day if I were to have paid off the balance immediately.

I wish to file a request to the Utilities Dept. to survey the water main line servicing my home and the homes on E. Longview Ave. After two water main breaks in the past thirty days, I believe it would be prudent to survey the line for potential replacement or upgrade as necessary. I understand this survey may take time to allow staff to develop a plan. I hope that you might have equipment to survey to determine if there may be more weaknesses in the line or that a span of the line ought to be replaced. I would guess after two breaks, this request for survey might already be on your to do list at least for Spring 2023. Thank you -

There is a water valve cover that has water coming out of the cover and running down the side walk - not a large qty but enough to run down the sidewalk and create a trail. Intersection of S. High Street and E. Arden Drive. North/East corner 10' up sidewalk North. It does seem that early morning 5a-5:30a it is always running down the sidewalk but by mid morning the water has dissipated.
