There is a vine that has been hanging down onto Dunn street, just South of the dam/water treatment plant area, for several weeks. It hits my windshield practically every time I drive South on Dunn Street (unless I remember to move to middle of street to avoid it). Please cut the vine so it doesn't hang into the street.

It is stated that this is done but the picture clearly shows where there are still large pot holes that look like a small pond in between our parking lot and the apartment building across. There is obviously water in the large holes so if this needs to be done when it is dry outside I would think that would be the best time to fill it so it is even. The job work done in less than an hour time does not look like an efficient job.

The South Arbutus Drive cul-de-sac needs repaving. The pavement is eroding away in several places, the north side of the green space in the middle of the cul-de-sac has become a pothole, and previous repairs/upgrades to water and gas lines have left the street in bad shape.

After all the utilities repair that's been going on in our neighborhood, our streets were completely ripped up. The city has since started patching the roads, but they've done a pretty slapdash job of it. The new paving is very uneven and there are gaps and places where it's easy to lose your footing. I've already tripped at least once in the last few days when I've been out walking my dog. I'm a young, able-bodied person so I'm sure you can see how it could pose a risk to the other residents in the neighborhood who might be older or less steady on their feet. I hope this patching effort is a temporary fix and not the final product, because that would be unacceptable. I would love to hear back about this issue and whether or not this is a temporary fix. I hope the roads in our neighborhood can be completely repaved when this water utilities project is fully completed.

One of the houses near us pumps their water on to the street as well as Alice street, creating ice and slush. At least five cars have gotten stuck on the street in the past two days.

Recently, I reported some damage to the E. Regents Circle street, which the City immediately fixed. The repair work was OUTSTANDING, by the way! The promptness and quality of the repair work was spot-on ... many thanks to the City! However, after a few months we've noticed that the asphalt used for the repair appears to now be "separating" from the original pavement of the East edge of street (see attached photo). Our concern is that as winter approaches, there will be opportunities for water/snow/ice to accumulate, freeze, and actually cause *more* damage to the original repair work. 2 things: (1) large city tree at SE corner of Sare and Mill Stone Way severely damaged, broken and dangling branches causing hazard for drivers -dangerous, needs immediate attention; (2) damage caused by water main being hit during Smithville contractor work, the same corner is in disarray, lawns torn up, streets are a mess, and city drain affected.
