For the past few days my water stinks and tastes really bad. It smells industrial like household cleaners and tastes really nasty and bitter. I've not experienced any illness or skin irritation but using the city water is really a bad experience right now. What's up?

I live in the Renwick neighborhood. I have noticed an unusual smell and taste to our tap water over the last week.
