Our tap water is coming out of our sink with considerably less pressure than normal, and is an opaque white color. The water clears up in a few minutes and there is no lasting sediment, but it's happening with cold and hot water which is not normal for our house. We've recently had a snow plow get stuck on the fire hydrant outside of our home - not sure if that would be connected at all to this problem as the hydrant doesn't appear damaged. Thanks for looking into it!

Water runoff is still an issue. I have reported this before and it is causing damage to my yard and basement. This area really needs a sidewalk or curb with storm drains.

Hello, My home sits at the bottom of an incline where the water in the neighborhood drains onto our driveway and property. Every time it rains the water causes erosion on the property and flooding to our garage and yard. Not only is the un-directed water effecting us, but is also causing the road to erode where water is standing on the asphalt. As well as eroding neighbors propertys and driveway, which then end up in front of our home puddled in the street,(water,gravel,soil). A solution could be installing curbs and catchment drains in the surrounding area to better direct the water from causing more damage to ours and neighboring properties. I’ve walked past this very skinny dog who lives in my neighborhood. He is outside seemingly 24/7 with no water bowl or food. He looks very skinny and I’ve noticed multiple times that he had active hot spots on his side. I’ve never seen the owner out with him at all. Please send someone out to investigate this, he’s being neglected.

Road deteriorating in this area of Rockport Rd/Guy Ave, there are several large potholes getting bigger by each rainy day. Long term, this area has really bad drainage, with many of the storm drains above the level of the road so water runs right around them and collects further south in a dangerously large puddle, in the vicinity of 2225 S Rockport road.

I contacted James last week since our water was yellow/brown when turned hot. He said to let the water run for a few minutes then put water from each faucet, hot and cold, into 2 clear water jars, from each faucet. The color is still present, but the water is much clearer. Our water is discolored / rusty. This is coming from the cold water taps and isn't due to a rusty water heater. (Our water heater was replaced just a few months ago.)
