East Morningside Drive where it intersects E. 3rd street, a pothole can be found in the concrete gutter as bicyclists turn onto Morningside. Additional potholes occur all along Morningside. Storm water erosion has damaged pavement at the bottom of speed bumps, and at the end of the driveway at 101 E. Glenwood Ave. Additional holes across from Yorktown Apartments (near speed bumps).
The sidewalk on 2nd St between Arbutus and Eastside has large sections of hardened paving material that is a tripping hazard and an eyesore. It appears to be from a road repair there (perhaps where the water main broke) and may have been thrown up on the sidewalk with snow removal.
There are 3 DANGEROUSLY deep potholes on Lilac Court. One just as you turn into the street and 2 more about 3/4s of the way up the street, almost in the cul-de-sac. Normally I wouldn't even bother to report them but I guarantee these are some of the worst you've ever seen! Two of them have over a foot of water!

Recently, I reported some damage to the E. Regents Circle street, which the City immediately fixed. The repair work was OUTSTANDING, by the way! The promptness and quality of the repair work was spot-on ... many thanks to the City! However, after a few months we've noticed that the asphalt used for the repair appears to now be "separating" from the original pavement of the East edge of street (see attached photo). Our concern is that as winter approaches, there will be opportunities for water/snow/ice to accumulate, freeze, and actually cause *more* damage to the original repair work. On February 17th 2014, I was driving northbound on Liberty Drive. I was in front of Arthur Solutions when I hit a pothole that was filled with water. The pothole not only took out one of my tires, but two. Does the city do any reimbursements for accidents such as these? Please contact my via phone. My quick trip to the grocery store ended up leaving me a repair bill for over four hundred dollars.
Crews have patched potholes on Montclair Ave within the last few weeks, but they missed an area that is on the edge of the roadway, next to the curb, near the southeast corner of Montclair, right near the intersection with Rock Creek. There are several holes that fill with water after a storm, leaving standing water that will encourage mosquito breeding. Please come back and fix this spot. Thanks, John
We have contacted the street department 4 times now on this prob. At the end of Tudor lane and aloe dale there is a sink hole in the road that constantly has red clay wet mud approximately 4 feet in diameter around it. Red clay water runs almost a block downhill. The hole has been patched but eons up again. It is not a pot hole but is caving in. We as a neighborhood have to either pull out into the opposite lane of traffic or go through red wet mud. Please direct my email to appropriate person. I had notified u earlier this summer and they said they would send a supervisor out. This is probably 4-5 month on going. Any help would be greatly appreciated
At the corner of Hwy 37 and W Fullerton Pike There is a huge hole on the side of the street. I broke my rim and damaged my tire and costing me around $500 to get replaced and I know I'm not the only one. This is the second time this has happened to me in the past three years. When the holes are filled with water you can not see the holes.
The stretch on Smith Rd between Moores Pike and Snoddy Rd has alot of broken,uneven areas causing drivers to drive left of center to stay on "good pavement". Lots of standing water when it rains
