Hi, The stormwater drains in this neighborhood are no longer able to process light rain. Since the Echo Park subdivision was built, we have noticed an increase in the amount of water collecting near the drains. Historically, the drains have not processed the stormwater quickly enough so the water pools in the street causing traffic and parking disruption. Hello. I am currently renting a duplex unit at 1701 S Buffstone Ct. Per my landlord, the city is responsible for maintaining the ditches that line E Thornton Dr. There is a lot of debris in the ditches at the moment. When it rains a lot, the ditches fill up with water, and sometimes overflow. Can you please clean up debris from the ditches that line the cul-de-sac? With renting a property, I am not eligible to purchase flood insurance, and so I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you!

The street between 1709 Circle Dr and 1805 E Southdowns Dr (next house to the east) has been constantly wet for approximately 2-3 months. Water is evident on the street and in the yard immediately surrounding it to the point that there's always a pool of water 2-3 feet from the curb.

For the past week, our tap water has a bad odor and it tastes bad. It has a moldy smell and taste. It’s hard to even brush your teeth with it. Our neighborhood has had a lot of utility work done over the past month or two. There’s been a lot of digging for cables throughout the neighborhood. Could this have inadvertently hit a water line?? Something has changed with our water quality. We would like to have the quality of our water tested please. Thank you, Cindy Cummings

My utility bill for account 7559-002 for period 06/01/2020 to 07/07/202 shows water usage of 82000 gallons. In all previous periods for the year, the usage never exceeded 4000 gallons. There were only three people living in the house during this latest billing period. A new water meter was installed during this billing period by your company. There appears to be a problem here. There is no way the water usage being charged for was actually used.

Our water is cloudy today. In fact, it has been cloudy many, many days this past month or longer. Two neighbors in this block are doing remodeling projects, so we thought it might be related and did not report. As they both move through various phases of construction, we have come to feel doubtful that the poor water quality must be unrelated.
