I think the water main in front of 2700 S Banta is ruptured - there is water coming out of the cracks in the street and its not snow melt/runoff. A section of the main was replaced a few weeks ago about 50ft south of where this new leak is.
I and others in the area have experienced a decrease in water pressure since the March 6-7 overnight and early morning storms.
On the morning of 3/7 (after a night of storms) we noticed that our home’s water pressure has been significantly reduced. There is barely enough pressure to use the shower. I have asked neighbors in the area, and they are reporting similar issues.
Returned home late from the hospital and found water flowing across the sidewalk between our house & neighbors’, near the water shutoff & sewer cover.
Water pressure suddenly dropped and now have no water flow.

This has happened once before about 2 years ago. The city came out and looked at it saying that it was on there end and they kindly fixed it for us... i think we have the same issue again. There is water seeping out of the ground and onto the pavement on the east side of Oak Street, the alley that runs between 5th & 6th Streets. On the other side of Oak is a fire hydrant. I suspect the pipe is leaking.
Possible water line break. Saw water bubbling up from the ground on the south side of Saville between Barbara and Fritz.
