recently my water has begun tasting like dirt/pond water like it did in the spring with heavy rain. It smells this way as well. I live in SE Bloomington in Hyde Park neighborhood and hear others are experiencing this as well. Thank you.
The water is tasting like dirt like it did this time last year. Is it possible to treat the water sooner this year? We had to buy bottled water for two months last year because it tasted so bad. Thank you!

My water line was hoked up last week to the new supply that has been installed on N Hancock Dr. I expected a bit of flavor difference, but this plastic taste is NOT diminishing. I have run water for 1/2 hour in the house a couple times, but no great success. Could you please flush the new lines at the hydrants ? Bill Goodhew

The water smells and tastes TERRIBLE!! It seems that this is a recurring problem. I suspect there is a solution that the city is unwilling to implement. It is unacceptable to have this problem every year. Calling it an aesthetic problem is a cop out. I should not have to buy bottled water to have drinkable water.
Hi, bit of an odd request. I have a few aquariums, and I use tap water conditioned to remove chlroine. I usually do a water parameter test before refilling my tank, and sometimes the pH can fluctuate from 6.2 - 9.0 within two tests in the same day. Is there any data on the pH of the cities tapwater that I could be sent? Second question, what would cause that big of a variance within 6hrs? If this would be too much to ask, or the wrong place to ask, please kindly ignore this message.
