Water overflow underneath the townnhomes
Water overflow underneath the townnhomes
Clogged storm water drain. Full of debris. Very slow drain. This is second request.
Grass killed by large piece of equipment left on the turf which should have been left on the street. This occurred during water main replacement over late summer. Requesting repair
The south end of the sidewalk in phase 2 near the gazebo is sinking. There is at least 20 inches of no dirt below the sidewalk, hence it is sinking. The sidewalk is next to the sewer drain where the earth has disappeared and with all of the water problems we have had recently with water mains, the city needs to come inspect. One city worked thought this drain runs right next to departed neighbor Cassie Howard's condo which then should worry us as the ground beneath her condo also disappeared causing her slab to sink and foundation to go bad. These two problems could be connected and the area below the sidewalk cannot simply be filled in with dirt. It has to be inspected including a city inspection. We need to see why it is all sinking.
This is my second report on this issue: Water meter protruding approx. 2.5 in the *middle* of the sidewalk near 438 W Somersbe Place (county). I have seen numerous people trip and one person fell but fortunately was not seriously injured. It is only a matter of time until someone is. The liability is yours. Could your department please look into why Leonard Springs Rd always floods near the Van Buren Apartments. The ditches hold water and because the road dips in the same area the road is always flooded when it rains as well. Thank you Laura Lane
This is more of a question after some recent work done by my property to fix a water main leak. As you can see from the image, there is some damage done to the lawn by heavy equipment used during the process. I was wondering if the city is going to help fix some of that or whether the responsibility lies on me. Also, is there any plan to re-pave part of the street that was drilled through to fix the underground water leak? Guessing yes once it is warmer outside? Thanks!
