We received a note on our door concerning higher than usual water usage. We have checked toilets, indoor and outdoor faucets and see nothing suspicious. We need someone to check for any service line leaks please. Thank you!

I would like to see the answers to these questions, and I feel it's inappropriate to refuse to answer a question just because it was submitted anonymously. This is a public record and citizens monitor it for current issues that may affect us.
Water Main has broken and is poring water into our drainage ditch
Water seems to be gently bubbling up through the asphalt at 3 or 4 spots on the north side of Arden Drive, just west of the intersection with Wilton Drive. I have a little video, but don't seem to be able to upload it from my phone.
I paid my water bill before the date it was due. However, the water stopped running today. It was running fine yesterday, and I’m not sure what happened.

Animals going in and out by the hundreds and many going out in terrible conditions and sick/contagious and transporting with animals dangerous to be near for each other's health. Despite never receiving any specific notice about the termination of the aqua pay system for my utility account, I was removed from the aqua pay program and thus 2 subsequent bills went unpaid, and our water was shut off for delinquency. I then had to pay $45 each for a water shutoff and turn on fee. I do not believe that it is my responsibility to foot this fee when I was under the impression that my autopay would be the method with which my bill would be paid off. In addition, the water was shut off at my house after 4:15 PM, meaning there was no way for me to contact the utilities office and request my water to be turned back on same day if I were to have paid off the balance immediately.
