There is a water valve cover that has water coming out of the cover and running down the side walk - not a large qty but enough to run down the sidewalk and create a trail. Intersection of S. High Street and E. Arden Drive. North/East corner 10' up sidewalk North.
It does seem that early morning 5a-5:30a it is always running down the sidewalk but by mid morning the water has dissipated.

There is a drain on my front lawn that does not appear to be working properly. In recent rains and snow there is a great deal of water flooding the front of the lawn and takes several days to go away. It pools over the drain. It did not use to do this. Please contact me. Thank you.

The last few months I have been notified that my water meter was running very high, possible leaks. I am usually 1,000 gallon water user but last month bill was over $140, and today (Nov. 10/2022) my bill is$364.97. My HOA and myself have spent around $8,000 and find no water leaks. Eventually, I got a new water line, with a lot of pain. I need compensation for those huge water bill, the water that I did not use. I called few times and suggested that the meter was malfunctioning, maybe? Any way, I am a senior and retired and won't be able to pay those bill in full. Please help. Thank you so m

Please look at water bills for Dec, Jan, Feb. There was a broken water meter that resulted in an extreme excess of charge to my account. The water meter has since been fixed. However, since this was out of my control and I had no bearing in the broken water meter, nor its repair, I am hoping there can be some concession on my utility account. The person who is manager of the property has had the water company stop our service for no reason! We have been without water for two weeks now and with the cold weather we are sure the pipes are busted. We just need to be able to pay our bill and have water turned back on!

Little to no water pressure at Southcrest Estates. Can't use water for dishes, showers, or laundry. Southcrest office has been notified since the beginning of February, and nothing has been fixed.
