Maybe a complex problem, but there is often standing water (rain or shine, but especially when it's been raining) on the sidewalk and the street in the block just east of Walnut on the south side of 12th Street. .
Last week there was a water main issue on N Kinser Pike very close to the entrance of Upper Cascades Park. There is a deep cut made in the pavement as you are driving N that will make you get new tires and an alignment. The signage is good but that doesn't go far enough. THE HOLE NEEDS ABOUT 4 INCHES OF FILLER AND SMOOTHED. THANKS. I'd say we could bury some evidence in it..but I'm not sure that's a good idea. Because I live next to Cascades Golf Course and many, many people drive that portion of Kinser Pike please HURRY UP..
Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. While this area is under construction, I wonder if you could fix the drainage on northwest corner of the intersection of 6th and Adams. The storm drain sits slightly above the pavement on one corner. The intersection itself may also be below grade. The intersection collects an inch or two of water when it rains.

The storm drain between 1019 and 1017 w 6th st isn't draining. Water is flowing on top of it.
There's an open storm drain that consistently becomes clogged and gets backed up when it rains, causing the water to spill over the road and flood our side yard
We have cleaned the tops of the grates in front of our building but can not clean the culvert in the ditch, which is clogged with debris. We also have one grate that has erosion barrier under the grate which won't allow water to pass through as it is packed with mud. We were flooded in 2008. We were within a foot of it entering our building early last Saturday morning. Please send someone to address this issue before Friday. We can not survive another flood.
