Customer was complaining that there was water gushing down Fairfax Road by the Speedway. When CBU repaired the line, the pressure when the line was turned back on, blew his hot water heater.
Water standing near road. Was advised of $54.00 after hour fee if not a city problem.

Water leaking from hydrant. Has out of service sign on it.
Water coming up from ground around mailbox.
Low water pressure since CBU did work in the area.
In front of her house, standing water in ditch has odor. She has called in the past concerning this problem.
