A "Use the Zipper" or a "Take Turns Merging" sign (with a "Start Merge Here" sign) would make the merging by the new hospital safer. People queue up on one side and get angry/aggressive when others do not want to queue so (unnecessarily) early.
Bus stop for MCCSC and park at intersection, high pedestrian use intersection. Request crosswalk markings be repainted with bold "piano key" type highly visible markings.

At the Atwater & Mitchell intersection Atwater becomes two-way going east towards High Street. Before the recent resurfacing of Atwater there was a painted arrow on Atwater Street just before Mitchell to warn drivers they had to turn left onto Mitchell. I have seen drivers on multiple occasions recently continuing on Atwater after crossing Mitchell driving on the wrong side of the road. Painted arrows and signs would be helpful at this intersection. Going north on Rogers St, at the intersection with 3rd, the right lane is not very well marked as a turn only lane, or the marking have worn away. Two cars today alone cut me off in that intersection as I was in the left lane going straight and they were in the right lane, apparently also going straight. This is an accident waiting to happen. This intersection needs better markings and/or signage to make it safer and easier to navigate.
The median on Rogers near the Community Kitchen needs reflectors. It is very hard to see it at night
I have observed two near-collisions at the intersection of South Highland and East Hillside. Drivers coming from the west on Hillside seem sometimes to be surprised to find westbound traffic, preparing to make a lefthand turn and turn south on Highland, appearing in what the eastbound drivers perceive to be "their space." The street markings are nearly invisible. I'm sure repainting is scheduled but sooner might be good . . . Thanks!
Lane markings- right turn & left turn/straight, need refreshed on Patterson Dr @ intersection of W 3rd St
I submitted ticket 176160 on June 14th. It was "closed" with the assurance having been sent to me that the needed pavement repainting on East Hillside was scheduled for July. Alas, it's August and - as of yesterday anyway - nothing has happened. Saw another "near miss" last Saturday, July 31st. I'm hoping not to see any more. Thanks!
Is there anyway the city can paint parking lines on 100 W. 8th street? Before the paved this road, there were lines and since they paved this I believe last year, the city has neglected to doing this causing vehicles at times to take up two spaces. This has been mainly an issue at night. Please look into this. Also, the blue curb for the handicap space is extremely faded and really needs to be repainted.
