This commercial truck has been illegally parked at 3954 Fenbrook Ct Bloomington In since Sunday November19, 2023 in violation of the ordiance prohibiting RVs and commercial parking in resident neighborhoods. Several calls to Commercial Services asking them to not park their commercial vehichles in our neiborhood have been ignored. It needs to be noted that they have been doing this since May 2023. First with small compact cars and now their full blown comnercual trucks. Please enforce the ordiance and require this conpqny to stop violating the ordiance and not park their commercial vehicles in our neighborhood.

WILD BIRDS HAVE ENTERED EXHAUST VENTING AND ATTACKING HOUSE DAILY! My neighbors have had trash out since the day I moved in in early August and have done nothing about it. This pile has only grown and I’m nervous that we’re going to get mice or raccoons running through our trash or even our house as a result of it. I have been told that the previous tenants have complained and as a result our house (1605 N Dunn St) has also received a fine alongside theirs, I want to make it clear that we have separate property management groups and people living there. Any help would be greatly appreciated, this type of behavior by them is unacceptable.

They are throwing their trash out into the yard, they have not taken their trash out in roughly a month, and there have been dogs and rodents getting into the trash. The trash has also caused a smell in the surrounding areas.

723 S. Ravencrest Avenue. I reported this under ticket #179298. Apparently the address field didn't transfer. Sorry about that. Very large pile of brush in back yard; NE corner. It may appear to be in another yard, because the fence is well inside the lot lines. The brush/debris appears to be harboring pests. A neighborhood cat prowls around it often
