Streets around the old hospital have been neglected in snow plowing. There are elderly residents who live in the area and an ambulance has been called in at least one instance with the snow. Residents would like the streets to be clear of snow.
There is a tree that broke to the North side of the New Hope Roof building. The neighbor says it is not on their property so it might be on a city alley. Please confirm if this is a city responsibility.

Tons of garbage and debris - e.g., broaken couch, electrical equipment, slurpy cups, clothing, fecal material. Please clean up ....and please come up with a plan to actually provide facilities for the homeless population in Bloomington.
The residents moved out a week ago and left a pile of furniture parts and trash in the yard and up against the house. Kept thinking they may return, but I have seen no one.
