An abandoned car has been parked in a no-parking zone across the street from me for one week. It is disrupting traffic flow especially of school busses and other large vehicles that transverse 7th st. Neighbor's cat is coming across the street and hunting songbirds in my fenced backyard. Neighbor's name is Jennifer and she lives at 802 W 7th, Apartment 1. I have spoken to her three times about her cat. I live at 720 W 7th. I have a fish pond in my backyard and her cat poses a hazard to my fish as well as the songbirds in my yard. It is also making a toilet of my garden.
