Peter and Lona want to report their neighbors' very loud dogs that are constantly outside. The address with the dogs is 3415 E. Olcott Blvd, house facing Dale Ct. There is a barking dog tethered to a tree many, many hours a day at 922 W. 8th. Not sure if it is 10+hours, but it was there at the beginning and end of the day (before 9am and after 9pm) every day this week.

Called to report a rat infestation in Kensington/Hyde Park. She has 22 rat holes in her yard alone. Someone from MoCo Public Health came out recently, after Ms. Nephew called that department, and found rat holes on 8 properties across 3 streets, minimally. I suggestd that Ms. Nephew contact both Animal Control and HAND because there's an ongoing issue with her neighbor leaving out birdfeed, debris and composting materials that are likely feeding the rats.
