The storm grate has been eroded around the edge and there is a large hole on the side. This should be filled in as soon as possible so that someone does not accidentally step inside and twist their leg or ankle. I noticed the hole a few days ago but it seems to have gotten bigger and bigger. Thanks!
Chronic drainage problem. Water remains in lane of traffic several weeks after a rain. Corner of S Mitchell & E University. Third time this has been reported. Thnx.

The difference in height between the curb and the grate are dangerously different. My family has experienced 2 flat tires from this. It is located at the Tapp Road Round about at Adams.
Dangerous pothole at the corner of west 13th street and Fairview street right next to the drain.If someone steps in it they will break a leg and possibly be traped.
There is an underground spring under E. Rock Creek Dr in front of 1840 E Rock Creek. Yearly patch work doesn't solve it. Need road section cut out and drainage solution
On Fairwiew Street, between West Dodds and Dixie, asphalt is falling apart and needs to be patched again.

Paved drainage ditch immediately adjacent to E Sheridan Dr., between Jordan and Karen on the south side developed some significant holes and deterioration this winter
Noticed a hole in pavement at corner of N. Kinser and Winding Way with a cavity 2-3 feet deep under it.
